SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
At S.O.A.S. Apparel & Design, we understand the importance of getting your products to you in a timely manner. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.
For domestic orders, we offer standard shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
For international orders, we offer standard international shipping. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.
Print orders will be processed within 7-10 days of being ordered and Embroidery orders will be processed within 10-14 days of being ordered. All items will be shipped using the shipping method agreed upon at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message once your order has been shipped.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
S.O.A.S. Apparel & Design stands behind the quality of our products and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us at questions@soasdekalb.com. Certain orders may be eligible for return at the sole discretion of S.O.A.S. Apparel & Design. Eligibility requires the items to be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. None of the items may be uniquely customized. S.O.A.S. Apparel & Design must be notified of the intent to return merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at soasdekalb@hotmail.com. Once we have authorized a return, please send the item(s) back to us at the address provided.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of your return, we will process your refund and credit the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at soasdekalb@hotmail.com and we will make arrangements for a replacement.
